Merry Mommy Maid

The very first time they came out to my home was wonderful. I set up every other week for General Home Cleaning. With each week that went by it got worse and worse. Nothing was getting cleaned as advertised. I have security cameras in my home and decided to take a look to see what was being done. To my surprise I saw the house keeper "Drag a broom around my living room" not sweeping just dragging it behind her. She took a cleaning rag that she had used in the bathroom and wipe down my dinning room table with it and then used that same cloth to wipe down the front of my TV. She never did vacuum or dust mop or even sweep my wood floors, just mopped the dirt. Then dumped the dirty mop water into my plants on the front porch! Seriously?! I paid for 2hrs and 40 minutes of work and 3 times Cleaning Cares came here stayed for just over an hour collected money and was gone. I spoke to the owner regarding the poor service and never once demanded money back or anything. Just want what I paid for, Cleaning Cares Owner never so much as offered me a make up for the poor cleaning or for me having to go back and clean what hadn't been done. Cleaning Cares owner promised me a "New Housekeeper" in place of the other that wasn't doing her job. I scheduled for today 11.16.2017 from 11:45 am to 2:25 pm. When it became 12:45 pm and no one showed up I contacted Cleaning Cares Owner to find out what had happened with the housekeeper. Cleaning Cares Owner said she was stuck in Dallas. It is apparent to me that Cleaning Cares do not take pride in the service they offer and they are just angry they got caught on camera and had no intentions of sending out a new housekeeper to my home. "Cleaning Cares" really they do not care.
