The overall experience was ok. Since we paid for the major materials (door and wood for fence and post) Just felt the cost was more than expected. (see above price) If we did use the company again would be sure to ask for better detailed list, materials,labor. Also estimated start times and end(daily) and a definite date of completion.

Mack McCollum performed most of the work himself and directly supervised what he didn't himself do. He is enthusiastic, prompt, and phones well in advance of site visits to arrange work schedules, deliveries, even material selection. He used email to deliver estimates quickly and was flexible with the scope of work to find creative ways of staying within our budget. It is obvious Mack genuinely enjoys what he does.
