Called today to get an estimate on adding gas to our new home. "Kathy" answered the phone and when I had questions about the extensive "jargon" she was using that those in the gas business have no way of understanding, she spoke to me in an extremely disrespectful, rude, and condescending manner. I asked why on earth she would react this way to questions and she began raising her voice and yelling at me on the phone! A NEW potential customer who was asking for info on their services?!! It doesn't get worse than this. Stay far away.

I would tell people in a heartbeat to not use them. If I were related to anybody and if I got that kind of bad service, then they would not be my relative anymore. I had a contract with them previously and I ran out of gas because the gas gauge broke but they neither told me nor fixed it. Since, it broke after work they decided that they were going to charge $4 a gallon which was twice the price as everyone else. It cost $2200 to fill a tank of gas and had I done the same thing with the company that I am currently using, it would have cost me $1100. The company that I have a contract with now came out, moved the old propane tank out of the way and put their tank in. However, I still had to pay them $100 to pick up the tank when all they had to do was to drive down the driveway and pick up the tank that was kept at the side whereas the company that I am using now did not charge me anything to put their tank in. I terminated them. It took them three weeks to come out and get their gas tank.
