Met with Lance and Mike and they walked us through a new home site build with a pond and road. Our property bought all the neighbors water so there was lots of work to do. Ran into lots of ground water but they were quick on their feet to adapt and complete the project with a timely manner. They answered every question we had and responded quickly with updates and phone calls. Highly recommend.
