 + -1 moreThe work was promised several times and never done or was a refund given. I had to take my dogs to doggy daycare, because he said he was on his way and never showed up.
Description of Work: The owner of this company is Russell Johnson and he has scammed several people out of their hard earned money. He took a down payment and left a signed contract for 430 linear feet of cedar fencing. Kept setting dates up to start work and would never show up. Went from an A rating on the BBB to a F within one month. I found several people he has done this to over the past few months. We all called the police and filed reports, criminals have more rights. The BBB showed he had been in business for 15 years, so I trusted there website. I will never use the Better Business Bureau again, ONLY WILL USE ANGIES LIST. Everyone who is involved in the scam, are now pressing criminal charges.
