Delgado and Sons did an amazing job o the stamped concrete foundation and installation of the Pergola, with some extra requests. Very professional and courteous. Definately recommend.

Very pleased with Herman’s work, he had a solution every step of the way.

1. Mr. Delgado was very responsive and professional. I called him a couple times to check on different parts of the job and he either immediately picked up the phone or called me right back. 2. I can not say enough about the workers. they arrived and went straight to work. Each team member had their routines and they worked together to get the job done. 3. We were backed up against the rain and they worked extra hard to get it poured and set before the storms came in. 4. You can find contractors who will do this job for less money, however they will not do as good a job. 5. Mr. Delgado is highly recommended with the city , and he is 5 stars with me.

I am reviewing Delgado for 2 small jobs. Pour a concrete extension and pour a storage slab on the side of my house. He was able to schedule and complete the work within 2 weeks. They look great! I owuld recomend him for your small job also! Delgado ocassionally went out of his way to ensure that I was happy.

We hired Delgado & Sons to put in a concrete and stone walkway from our patio to the driveway gate. It looks great! The crew was friendly and worked tirelessly through the August heat. Pricing more than fair. They did a great job cleaning up the work site before they left. I would hire them again and have already recommended them to others.

4-day project took over 4 weeks. Damaged property damaged neighbors property. All around disappointing ordeal.

Herman gave us a good price but changed it the day the project was to start because he said he forgot to add in the cost of the stamping. When he gave the price, he said it was included, but because he did not write it on our contract, we had to pay $1,500 extra. Quoted 1 week for the job. Has been 3 weeks and counting. STILL NOT FINISHED. Something went wrong with the concrete stamping and now I have two completely different colors on my patio. They took off my backdoor for their work and left it off for several days. My husband and I finally put it back on to keep critters out, but we can not open it because it scrapes the concrete outside. We will have to call a different contractor to CUT the metal door and make a new threshold so water will not continue to run into my sunroom. Thank goodness it is August instead of March. Ask Herman for pictures of HIS work, not those from his brochure. I missed this part, but realize that those jobs must have been done from someone else because the detail work just is not there--(e.g., concrete stamping was sloppy and creases not done on the edges; water puddles in several sections). The crew shows up late in the day most days, or not at all; show up unannounced, take a look, tinker around a bit & leave, leaving their stuff lying all around the work area. We have been picking up nails for three weeks now. They still have not cut relief lines to help prevent the concrete cracking. The team is super nice, otherwise, this is high priced, poor quality. If Herman, the owner, makes our project good, I will modify our rating. He keeps saying he will make everything right, but the final project is still to be determined.

I am not at all happy with the end result of the finish. I feel the finish person he sent out was not experienced. Sloppy work leaving stains on the city sidewalk and street. Herman was a nice man however!

Didnt show for appointment and didnt call. I contacted them after waiting an hour after the appointment time and was informed they wouldnt be able to come out until a later date.

After getting the stamps I wanted from a third party, the end result was amazing! Very happy with my stamped patio extension.

He was very prompt and did what he said he would do. He did a good job and we were satisfied.

Delgado's & Sons Enterprises did a fantastic job on our patio. They are hard workers and eager to please. The price was great!! I would recommend them!!

I have used Delgado s & Sons two times this year. One was for a driveway extension and the other was for a stamped and stained patio around my pool. They do excellent work for a reasonable price! I will use them again for any future projects I have.
