What a disaster! We used this company based on a recommendation by our electrician (whom we adore). Al was hard to get on the phone, he showed up weeks late, and when Brinks came to install the alarm system they found that several sensors didn't work, that the wires to the sensors were too short to replace the sensors, and that they has "daisy chained" all of the windows in a room together so that if one sensor went out they all went out. Because we have foam insulation it makes repair very difficult.
