The refrigerator would NOT dispense ice at various times. It seemed to work in the morning and not in the evening. Troy came out and replaced the ice maker door unit that was not shutting properly so it allowed air to get into the mechanism and freeze. It would dissipate by morning so everything was OK in the morning. Glen told me what it was on the phone and scheduled it promptly and even gave me the price over the phone. Our Kenmore washer would NOT turn on with the power switch and Glen told me to unplug it for two hours and replug it in and lo and behold! it started working again. He said the circuit board may be getting weak. They know their appliances and have a LOT of parts on their truck.
