He called to let me know he had misplaced my file so instead of 8 he would be here about 8:30 or 8:45. No problem, 8:00 am is really early! I really appreciated that he called! He came, called to let me know he was here & got to work on the outside windows. He was here until mid afternoon. We have a lot of windows, including one that is attic height above the front door and he took care of all of them. He does a good job. He did break one decoration he tried to hang back up on the window & it slid off & broke. He told me about it, it's not expensive, and I appreciate that he told me - too many companies/staff don't say a word.
