They came earlier than expected (the technician finished at an earlier appointment and then called to make sure it was okay). He found the problem and resolved the issue quickly

They came out and looked at my old system. They brought me out and showed me how they tested it and that the motor was pretty much gone on it. There wasn’t a good section so I went ahead and ordered a new one. They did very good. I like it. They gave me a discount. Their price was fair.

I called the office number this morning and left a message. Within a half an hour received a call back from Bob Corona. He said he had what we needed in stock and could squeeze us in early this afternoon. Bob called me while on his way to our house and it took him all of about 10 minutes to remove the old unit and install the new one. We tested the doorbell and intercom and both were working like it should. TMC Techpoint is running a special this month and I received the special price plus tax. I highly recommend using this company.

TMCTechpoint is a joy to work with! Prompt, well-spoken, lives up to quotes and promises. We bought an older home that had the intercom wiring and interior vacuum system, but no working components for either. We called Bob, and he came out with great samples, great expertise, and a low key sales approach. We initially bought just an upgraded intercom/music system, but we liked it so well, and liked THEM so well that we also chose to to use the vacuum system. The second experience was as good as the first!
Dean came on time for both installs, and worked efficiently and quietly. Gave me lessons on how to use them when the installs were finished. We love both systems and as so glad we called TMCTechpoint.

TMC earlier "fixed" our situation by resetting switches modified by our pet sitter. We had not changed these in 25 years and did not understand how all the speakers suddenly stopped working - our bad.
This time we needed to repair or replace as the front door speaker/chime had failed and the back door speaker (both outside) had been out for years and ignored. TMC (Bob) provided an estimate with a seasonal sale price - we went for it (the alternative was to pull out the speakers and main radio unit and have the holes in the wall filled - expected that would be dicey to get the speaker holes filled and painted to match. So we went for the replacement strategy. Their tech (Dean) arrived on schedule on the agreed date, replaced the main radio unit (now also allows other input), 4 room speakers, and the 2 outdoor speakers (the front door with a chime as well). Time to replace (using new wall plates that fit into and covered the old holes completely) was about 4 hours - Dean instructed us on the unit and tested out all the functionality. We were now restored to our old capacity and more. Partly our choice was anticipating sale of the house someday and avoiding issues then as well as having intercom and music capacity until then.
We paid 50% up front and the balance after installation. Fine job, in and out, no loose ends. My wife was not fully sold on the expense (she was the primary radio user), but loves it and sees the price as the cost of maintaining and enjoying a house.

TMC Techpoint did an outstanding job from start to finish.
Bob Corona came out to discuss our options and give us a quote the same week I called. The system was installed the following week. All was professionally done.
I give my highest recommendation. Their standard of service is high in all areas. I wish all were as professional as this company!

TMC called me back to book an appointment the same day I called. My technician came promptly on schedule and got right to work. After discerning the problem, he gave me 3 options of things to do and let me decide which fit my budget best. He fixed the problem perfectly! I talked with him about perhaps replacing our whole system and he left me a brochure so I could see what was included and he gave me a rough estimate.
I would give an A+ if Angie's list had one and I will not lose their card in case I need TMC Techpoint in the future.

I found this company on the internet and contacted them over the weekend for a quote. The owner (Bob) returned my phone call on the weekend in order to setup a quote for us. This is a small company so you'll need to leave a message and he'll return your call. He promptly came the next week and gave us a full demonstration of all the newer equipment and features as well as different options we had to replace our older intercom system. Bob's very thorough and professional. He brought actual equipment in by the armful to our home to show us exactly how the system would look in our walls (even the various colors and trip packages). I had researched the M & S systems and knew they were one of the best and this is what TMC TechPoint uses so I was very impressed. In the end I'm glad he went though the brochure because we found an optional feature that we really needed that I was unaware of in my internet searches. Once we got the quote we determined to do the job and Bob scheduled it for the next week (his first available slot). Today (04/17/13) he arrived with his installer (Dean) and they both did an impeccable job installing the new system and removing the old system. I was so impressed with the little things they did to ensure the job was done right and cleanly! For example in places they had to cut sheetrock to fit in newer equipment they laid a thick dropcloth blanket down to catch all the dirt and dust. At the end they went around with a vaccum to make sure it was clean as it was when they arrived. Absolutely a fantastic job and a fantastic company. Highly recommended to all Angie's List members!

Installation and maintenance has always been super smooth. They are a pleasure to work with. Wish Angie's List had a A+ rating. TMC Techpoint certainly deserves it.
