The workers were very good & communicated well. Very happy overall with the company.

One of the repairman they sent had filthy clothing on. He stunk, his breathe stunk. His body stunk. I complained to the construction manager Joe Bodine about it. I didn't appreciate the man coming by very late. Well, from the first, I called the company and they said the estimator would come out. He didn't come out so I got in touch with the company. The receptionist was excellent - she' very nice. She was surprised he didn't come out so she said she'd call him. I had to call in again and finally he called and said he'd left my number at the office so he couldn't call me. Which all he had to do was call the office so that was not a good excuse. He finally came out and at the same time I talked to him about getting an estimate on private repairs to my house. He did a long list on them and said he'd get right back to me with an estimate and never did. They sent a repair person and they were excellent.

Overall I would give this company high marks for integrity, work ethic, responsiveness on this project. There were minor problems, some of them beyond the company's control (by a sub-contractor). My ONLY complaint is that I had asked that they have all their supplies, etc. Lined up before they started, but they did not and we wasted time when the ''handyman'' worker had to go to Home Depot and get what he needed to do the job. Many hours lost. He also had to work alone on the tiliing, running back and forth to cut tiles - it turned a 1 to 1.5 day tile job into almost 4 days. Their subcontractor for the vanity top and glass on the shower screwed up not once but TWICE - they had cut the wrong sink and had silver instead of gold metal frame for the glass. When they returned they had mismeasured and the glass enclosure was 3'' too tall. LASER DID A VERY GOOD JOB FOR US. EVERYTHING LOOKS GOOD. WE WERE VERY PLEASED WITH THE SPEED OF THE WORK. THEY COULD DO A BETTER JOB OF CLEANUP.
