THE PERSONNEL AT THE FLOWER SHOP WERE VERY PROFESSIONAL. THEY WERE WILLING TO WORK WITH ME TO PICK THE BEST GIFT. THE DELIVERY PROCESS WAS VERY EASY AND THEY COULD DELIVER THAT DAY. VERY CUSTOMER SERVICE ORIENTED.
