I still have problems with the AC. It's hard to really say because it's an old unit. I'm not really sure what the problem seems to be but every year, my unit has problems. Price was good. I have a contract with them to do an annual servicing on my unit that I have but if I had to choose again, I would probably use a different company.

They come on time, they do their jobs, and we don't have any complaints about them.

It went great. They are very efficient. They will even answer your questions over the phone. They are very professional.

I have used them for 10 - 12 years. When I call them, they'll come out.

Crew arrived early and finished promptly. Were very professional and caused very little disruption of the household.

It was one of the first cold nights here in Dallas and we woke up to a and quot;coldand quot; downstairs. The thermostat would show the system was and quot;onand quot; but the blower and heat did not kick on. I called Stevenson's at around 7:45 am. I had a serviceman there to check out the problem by 8:30 am. It took him maybe about 20 minutes to find the problem-a burnt out board. He said they would have to get the part but that someone could probably be back this afternoon to put it in. Good to his word, I got a call about an hour later letting me know that a serviceman would be back after 2 pm to finish the repair. The serviceman arrived at around around 3:15 pm I believe and the heat was up and running by 3:45pm. There were two different techs that came out and both were professional and very efficient. They job went exactly as they told me it would. The cost was $385

Steve, the owner, did the service himself in order to check on a couple of other items needing eventual attention ( an attic vent fan and a register that the original builder of the house installed improperly in the 1960s). Originally got our Trane 19-SEER / gas furnace from Steve seven years ago. As others have reported, he and his crews are always professional, honest, and friendly. Along the way we have also had Stevensons replace a water heater and repair a GE refrigerator. They always provide quality at a fair price and never ever recommend unnecessary work. We subscribe to the annual pre-paid agreement that includes spring and fall service and expedited attention. We highly recommend Steve and his company to everyone. We know that we are not paying for high advertising costs.

They are absolutely amazing! They've always been honest and helpful. I wouldn't even consider using another company.

Steve Crouse, of Stevensons Heating and A/C, arrived on the day and time promised to begin the change out of systems. He had a crew of three men. Since he had already secured and completed the Garland city required permits, he and his crew worked continously for apporoxiately 6-7 hrs until job was completed--no long breaks or lunch taken by any of the men. They worked together well as a team. Steve priced the job competively and initiated all warranties with the manufacturer and provided all maintenance, operation and repair documentation.

On the evening of 6/24 my A/C stopped working. They responded to my phone call on the morning of 6/25 and fitted me into their schedule. At that time I was told I numerous freon leaks in my coil in the attic. On 6/30 they replaced the coil for me They were a little late from the time that they had set, but that's pretty understandable at this time of year.

Stevenson's came out to diagnose the problem. The part was ordered and was promptly installed within 48 hours.

Stevenson has been servicing our AC units for many years. In March, they sent an AC service proposal. I misread the proposal and began to inquire about other company rates. After re-reading the proposal I realized that the overall price was for all 4 units rather than individual. It was a better rate than the other competitors. I signed proposal and set up a time and they came and did the work. Since that time, I had 2 other units go out and they worked very hard to find an outdated replacement part (units are over 15 yrs old) and were able to repair both units with two different problems. They take care of our units very quickly and their pricing is very competitive.

I would use this company again if I need HVAC service. They will be my choice for maintenance of this system.

My oven wouldn't turn on so I checked Angie's List and find that Stevenson's was rated A, so I called. They made an appointment for the next morning and fixed it. Short and sweet. No drama. Couldn't be better.

It was very good service. The part to order it new was very expensive, but he did some shopping to help us find a better deal. He was very professional and friendly

They were polite, on time, and great. They went out of their way to figure out the plumbing to set everything up for us. They cleaned up after themselves. The unit they installed has cut our heating bills some and has made the temperature a lot more comfortable. They were really good people to work with especially when it came to scheduling. I think they were one of the best contractors I have worked with.

Stevenson s does excellent work. They are very prompt and mindful of the customers needs. They were also respectful of my home and property, even removing their shoes before they came into my home.
