In one word: great! the air flow is now amazingly uniform throughout the 2500 sg. ft structure; no need for our room fans or space heaters. The Daikin AC unit is much quieter, more powerful, (and hopefully more energy efficient) than the old 4 ton Trane. Jesse and his crew of 4 completed the work in app. 6 hours, were very professional, friendly, and cleaned up afterward. Highly recommend this company.

I have used him for years now on and off. Anytime that we need anything, they get right over here and get it done. It is a hell of a good system that he's got out here right now. I've had to call him even on a Sunday and will come out just like that. You don't find many air conditioning companies that do that. This guy is great. If he can't make it, he will have one of his men come out. They have been in business quite a few years and he is the best one I have seen so I stay with him on that stuff. I have used other air conditioning places and a lot of them are just money grabbers and try to sell you stuff to you that wasn't wrong. Everybody in my family uses him. Two people came out and it took 2-3 hours to change the whole system in and out. They cleaned everything up. They did a really good job. He's my main man and I call him whenever I need anything done.

Jesse arrived on time the same day as my request for service. He first attempted a minor repair and determined the control panel needed to be replaced. He placed a call to his supplier and picked up the part returning immediately to complete the repair. He even gave me a senior discount.
Rowlett Air was the installer when the house was built in 2000. They helped me with an A/C  warranty problem several years ago. This is the first time I have needed service on my heating in 15 years since their installation.
They are always professional, honest and fair.

The two (2) Gentlemen who arrived ON TIME, were very clean and courteous. They know their stuff. They got to work and did not wander into parts of the house where thy did not need to go. This is the second time we have used the services of Rowlett Air. The work was completed quickly and efficiently. I will use them again and recommend them to anyone who needs HVAC installation or repair.
