I called 3 times. The first time I received a recording byut didn't leave a message. The second time I s0poke with Pete Martinez but he asked me to call again later because he was having trouble with his computer. The third time I left a messasge. I never received a response.

im sorry about that, but i dont think she ever talk to me.But anyway i was working for Oncor electric delivery since dec 2008 till jan 2013 cause everything slow down and i took the job and i was traveling with the Company across the state installing and distributing Smart meters,and again I apology even that im no responsible for whoever she talked to, I had been away from my bussiness, but im going to start again,and I thanks everyone for your bussiness and confidence,and i promise that my job always be to pleased you. Mr. Martinez aims to please. He is always so helpful and willing to introduce new ideas or alternative treatments. We have discussed several projects with him and he is quite knowledgeable in many areas and very up to speed with building codes. We have been so relieved to have found a general purpose handyman and carpenter to employ for many of our current and future needs. He is honest, respectful and in general a very caring man. Overall, we are quite pleased with his fair pricing, handywork and professionalism.
Description of Work: Mr. Martinez has installed new doorframes and casings. He rebuilt the seats in two window seats, new window sills and trim molding. He also framed in a new wall for the master,closet and moved an electrical outlet. He has removed all old baseboards and installing new ones. He is also currently converting an old linen closet into a custom bookcase.

They are an excellent company. They have done great work with everything and charge a reasonable price. I plan to use him for two other properties I have purchased for re-sale.
Description of Work: They opened up a wall for French doors, built in bookshelves, cabinets, and a desk for an office. They re-routed the return air for the HVAC, installed solid oak flooring, and are building a storage closet in the office as well.
