James Murtaugh arrived on time (a few minutes early, even), performed the work promptly, and every single extra key (10) that I purchased works in the locks. He was professional and courteous. I believe the cost of $49.99 for up to six keyholes, which includes 2 keys, was extremely reasonable, as other locksmiths I called had a $75 trip charge + the cost of the work, totaling over $150.00. I highly recommend this great locksmith.
