NATIONAL PROPERTY INSPECTIONS

The consultation and inspection went very well.  They were professional, courteous, and punctual.  I received the inspection report promptly.  The report was thorough and provided quality visual aids of problem areas which helped me expedite coordinating repairs with contractors.  I was a little disappointed that they were not able to do a complete roof inspection (they did not have proper ladder height to reach my roof).  However everything else was done to my expectations.  I look forward to using them again for post inspection/sign off of completed repairs.

Sean did an amazing job! We were in an option on a home but found another home before Sean did the inspection on the first home. I called him the night before the scheduled inspection and asked him if there was anyway we could inspect the new home instead of the previously scheduled home, he was very very flexible said he would schedule the new home and cancel the old one as well as inform the termite inspector of the change of location. Sean we very thorough and explained everything that we didn't understand. He walked my husband through the entire property inside and out and when I showed up late re-explained everything he had just told my husband to me. With the information Sean provided us we were able to identify major issues with the home and decided to pass on the home. Had we not had this information we would have probably bought a home that was poorly renovated. When I called Sean to schedule another inspection, this time on the original property, he was booked solid, but he referred us to another inspector who was available to help us immediately. Overall Sean was a great inspector and if we would recommend any inspector out the few we have now worked with, Sean is the best of them all.

Sean did a thorough inspection and provided a detailed printed report with several photographs pointing all the deficiencies. The report was emailed in user friendly format for my use and to forward it the home builder and agent.

I could not be more satisfied with the results and the thoroughness of the inspection. Of course I was aware of a number of issues that I was ready to report, but Sean checked the entire roof, all brickwork, the foundation and even a retaining wall that was built before I bought the property. His report included all of the items I was aware of but more importantly, items that I would not have found since I am not a builder or an inspector.
