The tech arrived with in the time frame given. He was polite and friendly and cleanly dressed. He handled my request quickly and efficiently. There was no up selling/pressure to sign up for a maintenance service.

Extremely prompt, polite, and professional. Technician was able to get my unit serviced within an hour of my call because he was already in the area. He identified the problem and resolved it quickly. (Capacitor needed to be replaced). You could feel the difference in the temperature of our home in just the time it took him to write up the invoice. Very pleased and will definitely use them again.

Honest, great customer service, tries to solve your problem not just take your money. He does not come out to West Plano anymore, otherwise, we would call them again.

Mr. Moore was very prompt and considerate as my mother is very ill and I could not be without air conditioning during the summer and could not move my mother to a hotel. Mr. Moore ordered the board and installed within a few days.

Steve Moore himself came and, when it seemed he might be a couple of minutes late, he called in advance. He evaluated our system, left us with a list of potential repairs or improvements that might be needed down the road and estimated costs of each, and later followed up to recommend a duct-cleaning service that could handle our weird system (the ducts are actually 100% constructed of duct board, which many cleaning companies won't touch). Excellent all around.

They were great. They showed up within a couple of hours and got me fixed up. It was reasonably priced. Somebody answered when I called and they got out there quickly and fixed my problem and didn't try to sell me a new system.

Discovered that unit was over charged with refrigerant, evidently by installer of equipment (not Moore) I have American Home Shield policy and chose to have Moore because I trust them. They are honest. Could have told me something was wrong that was more expensive but did not. I have no reason to use any other provider.

Steve is as professional as they come. Moore Services has taken excellent care of us and been there whenever we needed them. He has come over in the late evening and done whatever he could to keep us from having to spend the night in the heat. His pricing is reasonable, and his work is fantastic. I would recommend Moore Services without hesitation.

I contacted Moore's on a weekend and got quick response. They showed up and worked quickly and professionally at locating and repairing the problem. Friendly, knowledgable and prompt. I dont know what someone else would charge to perform the same service, but the cost for the repair seemed reasonable. I had to call them back the following day when the A/C wasnt working properly. I felt certain that they had created another problem with the system while making the repairs the previous day. Again, their response was quick and professional. They quickly diagnosed the new issue and discovered that the problem was caused by the homeowner, AKA me, when he was trying to troubleshoot the problem from the previous day before calling a professional. It was a minor issue that they took care of with no extra charges. This is my only experience with Moore's and the issues were relatively minor, but based on this occasion, I will call upon them again for my AC work.

I have used Moore A/C for many, many years, and will NOT go anywhere else, as long as he is in business. They were able to visit our home the next day after my call-in late in the day. I started using them years ago as a second opinion when I had been told (by a company that I had used/trusted for 10 years) that a relatively new unit would need to be replaced (just out of warranty). Mr. Moore took a look, replaced one part, and $150 later, we were in good shape. Only once in all this time have we needed to replace a unit. My prior experience was that it was recommended that we replace a unit quite frequently (right after the warranty was out). He is a very kind, honest, reliable business man. He also has made good recommendations on how we can extend the life of our units in our particular situation. The one unit that was replaced, about 10 years ago, has been nearly perfect.

He was very honest and he did more than what he said he would do. What he did was exactly what was needed. He made some changes in some of the ductwork that helped with the air flow in some areas of the house. He was very professional in his business manner. He was very customer oriented. I would use them again.

These guys are great. They are honest and competent. They actually know how to get an A/C system working instead of just recommending a new system. When I do need a new system, and that could be this year, I will buy it from these guys.

I contacted Moore Services around noon due to our A/C unit not cooling. I had another company perform a service call earlier without making a proper repair. The owner, Steve Moore, showed up about 2:30. He inspected the unit and showed me a damaged part. He replaced the part and refilled the unit with freon. He explained the repair and gave a detailed report on the invoice number. I would use this company again and would highly recommend them to anyone.

Air Conditioner kept switching off the circuit breaker. the home warranty people told me that it was too cold and I would probably need a new air compressor. I coworker of mine suggested Moore Services, said he has used them for 20 years. They were very professional, quick, and told me it was a capacitor.
