LPS Remodeling

Larry Smith and Mark were their names. They were awesome. They did a good job. They are the best people that have ever come in my house and done anything. It turned out awesome. They are extremely punctual. They are good in responding to communication. They actually do a full day's work so they get the job done promptly. They came at 8, went to eat at 12, came back at 1 and stayed as long as they could, depending on what else had to happen in that afternoon like if they had to get materials or whatever. It just didn't take them very long because they actually worked all day. Most of the other guys doing this kind of work that I have had come work for 4 hours and wander off and it takes forever. These guys are very focused on what they are doing. They have a plan and they carry it out. They are very orderly. They tell you if there is some kind of a hold up. They speak English. These are 2 Caucasian guys in their 50s. They are mature experienced guys. They understand how to treat a customer and they get their work done. We are going to move and as soon as the inspector comes in here and tells us what is wrong with the house, I am calling Larry. That's my plan for solving the problems. They did their bit of the work. They had to come back and feel the tile and do a few little things like that. They came out when we were out on vacation and I felt comfortable with that happening. It was great. That's how we fitted it in over Christmas. We were out of town for Christmas and because I felt I could trust them it got done when we weren't here which was great. They did part of the work while we were here because we weren't gone long enough for them to do the whole thing. I wasn't the slightest bit worried when I was in California and my house was done when I got back.
