Wonderful! We have had JB come in the past - he installed this AC two years ago and it has been wonderful. We also learned how incredibly my girlfriend was ripped off from the people who installed her old AC unit 10 years ago - JB was over $4,000 cheaper (and this is 10 years later so it was not inflation) and much better work !  He has also come back to fix other issues from the old AC people (who did not seal the AC condensation line which resulted in a flood in her house which ruined the floors).  JB has been incredible. He takes time to explain the process and the why/what happens. He is always quick and responsive when we call. As soon as the heat of summer ends, we'll have him come back to replace the ducts in the house. He has proven himself many times and has years of experience behind him. If he cannot do the work, he tells you. He also tells you exact cost up front. If you have AC/heating needs, call him.
