+ -1 moreI've used Jon's Brake service in Rowlett for probably the last 10 years when I needed brake service, which one exception I can recall. This shop was recommended to me by an independent auto mechanic in Rowlett. Jeff is the shop manager and I appreciate his business philosophy and he has always dealt honestly and with integrity. His prices are competitive and his work is always thorough and professional. I have learned to trust his judgment when it comes to determining brake service. He has never tried to pressure to have any more repair work done than was originally agreed to. I recommend Jon's Brake service in Rowlett without reservation.
Description of Work: On this visit (date approximate), I requested a brake check on my 2 vehicles, 05 LeSabre and 07 Civic. Neither vehicle required brake service.

+ -1 moreI brought my Truck in with a noisy broken weld on a custom exhaust. He put it up on the lift, repaired it, and told me don't worry about paying for it, it was no big deal, just keep him in mind if I have future needs. I certainly will. I received a competitive quote from this shop before to replace a Catalytic converter, but before I had the work done the engine threw a rod so I never had the work done. However, all customers I have observed left his shop in a good mood in the few times I have been there. I've also seen positive reviews on a non-Angie's list website, I think it was a local newspaper - which is what brought me to this shop originally + a recommendation from Bear Creek Automtive in Rowlett; another reputable shop.
