+ -1 moreTHEY WERE IMPERSONAL (SLIGHTLY HAUGHTY) AND MORE EXPENSIVE THAN THE PLACE I USED PREVIOUSLY. LATER I TOOK A PURSE IN FOR REPAIR AND THE OWNER WAS HAUGHTY AGAIN SO I DIDN'T EVEN LEAVE IT WITH HIM. HE SEEMS CANTANKEROUS AND ARROGANT. I DO NOT GIVE BUSINESS TO PEOPLE WHO ACT AS IF CUSTOMERS ARE A DIME A DOZEN. THAT IS HOW HE MADE ME FEEL. I WAS DEFINITELY NOT TREATED RESPECTFULLY OR VALUED SO I COULD NEVER RECOMMEND HIS BUSINESS.
Description of Work: WE TRY TO SPEND OUR MONEY LOCALLY SO WHEN OUR VACUUM CLEANER STOPPED WORKING PROPERLY WE TOOK IT TO JOHN'S SEW N VAC.
