A windstorm pulled the electric meter box away from the exterior wall of my mother's home. My brother had used Craig Keiffer's services before and recommended him for the job. He was very responsive to our initial call and came the same day to provide an estimate for the work. Another electrical company also provided an estimate that day. Craig's professionalism was impeccable, he had lots of very helpful information and insights about how approach the job, and his estimate was much lower than the other company's bid. He was also able to arrange his job schedule so he could work on my mother's job the very next day because it represented a serious fire hazard. He very quickly got the work permit from the city of Garland and arrived a few minutes early at my mother's home to start the work. He finished the work in the time he had estimated the job would take. He even threw in some extra things that were not necessary but very helpful. We have total trust and confidence in Craig's work and will always call on him for electrical work in future.
