JERRY'S CARPET SERVICE

Jerry did a great job! He power stretched and cleaned two rooms of carpet that had been installed in 2015. He was very respectful of our pets and the services were priced fairly.

Jerry came in perfectly on time, examined are rooms, and didn't try or even us into cleaning in area that didn't need cleaning. He explained what we to expect from our 7 year old carpet when it was cleaned, and he let us know since our tile floors weren't sealed, we could guess how they'd turn out. He was in and out in two hours, and my floors look feel and smell incredible. I could not be more pleased with his work! We will use Jerry's Carpet Service again.

Jerry was prompt and did a fabulous job. He did a thorough pre-inspection and discussed what my needs and expectations were. We have dogs and cats. Jerry's recommendations were right on. The carpet looked like new and smelled fabulous. I will definitely use Jerry once a year to give the house that good and quot;springand quot; cleaning.

I was very pleased with how timely the service was provided. It was a lot of work and Jerry took care of every detail. Fast, professional and super clean. I liked that he was a local small business. I trust his service.

I had used this service provider before and the job he had done was fine which is why I called again. However, I won't be using him in the future.
After he had put away all of his equipment and came back with the invoice, I went to pay with my American Advantage credit card and Jerry asked if it was a mileage points card to which I responded 'yes'. He informed me if I used a credit card that got mileage points he was going to have to charge me additional because the credit card companies charge him extra if mileage points were involved. (I had never heard that before but figured fine, no problem, I can pay with a check.)
When I went upstairs to get my check book I realized he hadn't cleaned the landing carpet, he stopped at the top step. I asked him why he hadn't done that and he said, 'Oh, I didn't realize you wanted that done too.' To which I replied, and quot;Why would I have you clean all the other carpet in the house and not do the landing at the top of the stairs?' He then offered to take his equipment back out to complete it. I declined at that point, paid by check and his parting words were, 'Don't let that be a reason for you not to call me again.'
After he left, I looked at my invoice and he had actually written as one of the line items - 'landing' - and had a separate charge for it!
So, all that to say - it will be the reason I don't do business again with him.

He was prompt and very friendly. I only had stairs and media room to be cleaned and his base rate was $79.00. He does not move the couches. I felt the price was a little high for the small area, so I added a wool rug. He charged full price of the wool rug independently of the carpet. I felt he could have discounted the wool rug a bit. This sounds negative, but he was awesome and I would definitely use him again.

Company was contacted as indicated and a date was set at our convenience to come and clean our carpets. The appointment was met a little earlier than promised which was ok with us. A satisfactory job was done very professionally with excellent advice. Everything was left in good condition and we were pleased the work. We will use them again in the future.

This was significantly cheaper than a couple of quotes from other favorably rated carpet cleaners on Angie's List. Be sure to ask about added costs for moving furniture as most advertised prices do not include it.
Overall, the effort resulted in a much cleaner carpet. When done, the carpet was relatively dry and dried quickly. Some rust stains from furniture legs on wet carpet did not fully come out - no surprise - but the rust stains came out much better than I expected. I'm a bit disappointed a few pet stains did not fully come out - but some had been there for years - and our carpet is a very light shade of tan. Of course all carpet cleaners warn you - they can't guarantee all stains will come up. Jerry is professional, courteous, and spent quite a bit of time and effort to get our carpets as clean as he could. As much as we liked Jerry and appreciate his rates and effort, I admit, next time I would try someone else just in hopes of finding a way to better get the pet stains out. That may be false hope. Maybe it would have been possible to get it cleaner if we hadn't waited 10 years to clean it.

Jerry answered the call showed up when promised and did an awesome job he's a very hardworker the carpets turned out spot free and look great I highly recommend him!

I called another carpet company on Saturday afternoon after my dog had an accident on our rug and they said they couldn't come out until Monday or Tuesday. I then found Jerry's Carpet Service on Angie's List and he upon reaching Jerry, he said he could be at my house in less than an hour. Within the hour, he arrived, explained the process and was able to remove the stain. I will certanly be using Jerry's services again.

Jerry was very friendly and did a great job. Was there when he said he would be and was efficient. I will definately use this company again.

Arrived promptly. Listen to the job I needed and addressed my concerns. Very professional yet personable. Did a great job! My carpets have not looked this great in a very long time!!

Everything was absolutely excellent. The only surprise I had was all the hidden "doggie" spots and subsequently the price for the cleaning doubled from the estimate over the phone. But I have always cleaned my carpets myself, so I really don't have any idea of what the customary charge would be for doing my size place.

It was a great experience - done quickly without any issues! He was very knowledgeable and told me how to clean dog accidents properly.

Jerry was extremely professional and responsive. I would highly recommend him to anyone needing carpet cleaning. I needed someone out quickly and he accomodated that. He was very thorough in his explanations and while there were additional options he informed me of those options without trying to sell me - which I appreciate. His work was exceptional. I will use Jerry again when I need my carpets cleaned or any of the other services he offers.

Went OK overall. However, they were not able to come out again (due to their "tight" schedules) to address a concern about one of the dining chairs. I ended up hiring another company to re-clean that dining chair.

I requested a quote for carpet cleaning and stretching. When the owner came out, he provided an estimate to clean and stretch the carpet in two bedrooms, the main hallway, formal living and dining area and the family room. The master bedroom and second bedroom came out good, but the hallway was a disaster. I did not have them complete the work in the formal living/dining room and family room nor did I have the carpet cleaned. I believe the money that was spent was not worth the work and I would not ask them to come back and finish the work.

They did a really good job. I just bought a house that previously had dogs and I could smell it. I thought the guy was going to tell me that I needed to replace the carpets but they were able to get all of the smells and stains out. By the time they were done and the carpets aired out, you couldn’t smell a thing. They were on time and they stayed completely on budget.

Jerry called ahead of time on the day of and confirmed the appointment. He showed up with his men on time and cleaned the carpet and the rugs in a very quick and efficient manner. He took all the stains out of my carpet and rugs, which was really nice since they were getting real dirty. He did a great job and was very professsional. The only thing I didn't like was that he left water on the floor by the rugs, and I wasn't sure if he was going to clean that up. I have hardwoods, and I was concerned about the small puddle of water that was laying there. But, he dried it up as soon as he could, so that wasn't a problem. Oh, and he left the door open the whole time, so I got a lot of flies in my house, but I guess that's to be expected when their equipment has to be outside. Other than that, I am loving my carpet and rugs again.
