They started around 8:30 am and left by 2 pm.  They were quick, professional and cleaned up before leaving.  They followed up with us a week after the installation to make sure we were happy with our purchase.  We love the windows!! They've cut our energy bill and we no longer hear the busy street near us. 
This a great company with exceptional service and pricing.  Stoping think about going with them and just do it!!  You won't be sorry!!

We used this vendor both times we had windows installed, because we liked them so much.

Our old windows were thicker than the new ones because they were hug, old, steel ones. The installers took time to explain how window trim would look and offered a mockup so we would be clear and satisfied.

Great experience, professional, enjoyable, fair price, enlightening demonstration, fast - did all the work in one day!

Installers cleaned up well and hauled off all scrap. They even recycled the steel and glass so it did not go into the dump!

The accident happen on 6/23/2011. The lady that lives behind me, car gas peddle stuck as she was backing out of her drive way and ran through my fence, dragging fence and post tearing up yard then breaks would not hold and continued to hit the patio knocking out one of the post and the entie patio fell. My BBQ grill was in front of the patio and it got mangled under the car. Then hit side of house still dragging fence debree and grill she hit the water hose faucet. She finelly come to rest at the back fence damaging it.  My room mate called me at work and I rushed home. We took pictures of it and I contacted her insurance company. The lady across the street recomended Exterior Concepts Remodeling and I contacted them after the Insurance adjuster come out. Ramonne Man arrived and done measurements and he explained everything clearly and had a quote next day to me. I contacted a few other companies on Angies list just to make sure pricing was in range and everyone one was. (I would not change anything about this webb site.... it;s awsome). I received the insurance check and their estimate and was shocked. I contated Ramonne and he took over and delt with the angency and I received 3 times the original amount sent. His crew arrived on schedule and done a great job putting in New fence  and then the patio repair turned out great. He called a plumber to fix outside faucet.  The crew cleaned up everything and even cut down a big bulkie sattle-lite dish from the 60's for me that was in the back yard. They handled everything in excellent way to where I didn't loose no more time from work.  Great gob Everyone!!!!!

I had 7 five month old weiner (dotson) puppies that got out and kept getting out due to this accident. Let's just say their company took the excess stress away,

I thought they were fantastic!  I sat through about 10 hours of presentations and looked at about 5 proposal.  I first looked at the price of the different companies, and then looked at the customer service.  The guys were here and out in a day and a half.  They installed all of the 17 windows before they left.  There was one small problem.  Two of the windows were supposed to open, and they were not ordered that way.  They came out 3 weeks later and installed the correct ones.  There was no cost or pointing fingers, they just got it done.  They only beat the competitor's price by $10.00, but they ended up throwing in a storm door as well.  I couldn't be happier.
