The gentleman was very professional and polite, explaining the current and future issues that he saw. He had a great sales pitch that wasn't pushy, and it was very informative. I did sign up for the quarterly program and have noticed a dramatic decrease in mosquitos this summer compared to last summer which was my main concern.
