Enterprise Rent A Car

I was provided an Enterprise rental through Progressive Insurance after one of their policy holders hit my car. I was charged fifty bucks up front for the privilege of doing business with Enterprise, sold insurance that even Progressive later told me was based on a lie and not needed, then over billed because Enterprise had my credit card number and could do so with impunity. Rather than have the overcharge taken care of by one call to Enterprise, I instead had my veracity challenged by their representative as to the time of return and had to go through Progressive for remedy, taking a week to get Enterprise to agree to reimbursement. The manager in Rowlett, Dennis, reeked of attitude, and provided reinforcement for my decision not to use Enterprise again. Next time I will take the daily reimbursement from the insurer and rent my replacement from another company. Everyone I dealt with at the Rowlett office, save the gentleman who picked me up at the body shop, reminded me of the worst of used car or siding salesmen. I emailed a complaint to Enterprise and received no reply other than that it had been received.
