I spoke to James at 1:25 on Friday afternoon to verify our appointment and he confirmed our appointment and promised to call when on his way. I didn't hear anything all afternoon so lmtc for him at 4:45 p.m, 5:45 p.m and 6:15 p.m., just trying to find out what was up and whether or not he would make the call that he had scheduled with me. 24 hours later and I still have not heard from him. I am embarrassed to admit that he has done this to me before but I thought it was a fluke and when he did do work for my real estate clients he did a good job. I have had him removed from the Ebby Halliday Realtors referral list and am sending letters to my clients making them aware of his inconsistency and just plain bad business practice.
