They have always been very prompt. There work is very good, they are very nice people. They are reasonably priced, and very honest. I would recommend them and use them again.

I called the company and set up an appointment to get an estimate. The man arrived on time on 08/02/07 and gave me a written estimate for the job. I told him I was going out of town at the end of the week and would call him to set an appointment for the job when I got back. Later that week I decided to call and set up an appointment for the job to be done when I got back from my vacation. I spoke to the secretary and she informed that someone would call me back and they never did. The next day I called again and spoke to the man who gave me the estimate and he informed me that he would find out if someone in his company wanted to go out and do the job and he would call me back, he never did. When i got back from my vacation I called again and left a message, no one returned it. The next day i called again and left a message, and no one returned it. Shame on them, I'll spend my money somewhere else...

I have a Mediterranean style ranch home. I was very pleased with this company as they knew what they were doing even in an old house. Mr. Kneggs' son is as good as his father and he saved me from having to get a whole new air conditioning unit.
