+ -1 moreTHEY FOUND A BETTER WAY BY DOING A HOME EQUITY LOAN VERSUS A NEW MORTGAGE AND A HOME EQUITY. THIS GAVE US ONE PAYMENT PER MONTH AND A LOWER INTEREST RATE. WE WERE ALSO ABLE TO FINANCE FOR 20 YEARS VERSUS 30 YEARS. THEY DID ALL THE PAPERWORK ON LINE. MY HUSBAND AND I WERE ONLY REQUIRED TO APPEAR TO SIGN THE FINAL PAPERS. THE LOAN OFFICER WAS PROFESSIONAL AND COURTEOUS AND HELPED US OUT TREMENDOUSLY. THEY GAVE US VERY SOUND ADVICE AND WE DO MOST OF OUR BANKING WITH THEM BECAUSE OF THIS SERVICE.
