About Us •Baillie Automotive is an established, Rowlett based, complete automotive repair facility that specializes in all repairs on all makes and models of European, Asian & Domestic, Cars, SUVs and Light Trucks. •Sean Baillie, the owner /operator is an ASE Master Certified Automotive Technician with an L1 Advanced Engine Performance Certification. Sean also resides in Rowlett and is very much a part of the local community. •Baillie Automotive has all of the latest tools and equipment to insure that your vehicle is fixed right the first time. We also attend frequent training to stay current with all the latest technology. •Baillie Automotive is a NAPA Certified AutoCare Center that offers a 12 month 12,000 mile national warranty program on all qualifying repairs. •Baillie Automotive is a State of Texas, Recognized Emissions Repair Facility that participates in the Air Check Texas vehicle repair program. •You will be able to consult with the Owner or the Technician doing the work on your car in the service area while your car is either being diagnosed or repaired. •We provide a complimentary shuttle service within 15 miles. We will pickup and deliver your vehicle if required. We offer convenient after hours and Saturday appointments. •We provide and maintain computerized vehicle records that not only help us provide accurate and consistent repair estimates but allow us to look at the service history of your car when a future repair need arises. •This is one of the cleanest and well organized auto service centers that you will ever set foot in. The customer waiting area is air conditioned, has comfortable leather chairs, a 42” Flat Screen TV, Wi-Fi internet and complimentary soda, bottled water, Kuerig coffee and snacks.

They towed the car in and put a starter on. It took 10 days. Getting the time to look at and then ordering the part. Work seemed to be done well.
