The owner came out quickly . He seemed to be knowledgeable about slate roofs. We made a repair appt.....not sure if it's fixed yet so will have to wait for rain but I feel sure if it's not he will come back .

When roof was installed it had waves all thru it-shingles not lay flat. Contacted owner Mr. ferguson said it would lay down in a few days in the heat. waited 2 weeks still not flat roof looked like crap. Contacted Mr. Ferguson again and told him of the problem said he would look at . 6 weeks later still have not heard from him. Contacted GAF roofing company because i did not recieve warranty which Mr. Ferguson said I would recieve in the mail. GAF Corp. said they have not revieved anything from Mr. Ferguson for the warranty and said the shingle problem is from either nails left under the new roof and / or underlayment was not correctly.

Justin never finished my roof. A sky light that was listed in the contract agreement was never replaced despite numerous phone calls.

Justin is a good salesman, and he does come through on most of what he says. The project took longer than I would have liked, because he was ill and had no back up. I have attempted to contact him for minor follow up repairs, but have had no luck. Therefore I would not use him again or recommend him.

I had an insulated aluminum patio cover installed by Alpha & Omega Remodeling and am very happy with it.. it looks beautiful. Everyone involved was polite, friendly, and professional - reasonable price, installation was quick - excellent work! The difference in cost between Alpha & Omega and another contractor was negligible, even though Justin provided the lower bid. Justin had a sample of the product with him, while the other contractor "would bring it by the next week". Justin also prepared a Statement Of Work after we had discussed the cost. He was ready to make the deal! I was very glad that I chose Alpha & Omega for this project. Not only did Justin provide a cost-effective solution, but his crew finished up two days before promised. Even though this was a relatively small project (simple single-skin patio cover), Justin kept me up to date on all aspects of the installation.

Justin completely remodeled the outside of three homes for me and my wife. The final clean up took a little longer than we would have liked, BUT the craftsmanship was superb and the timing for the primary part of the project went very quickly. He installed new vinyl siding, new roofs and a new back porch awning. THE PRICE WAS AMAZING and the guy couldn�t be nicer or a better Christian. Thanks Justin. If anyone has any questions, Perry

Outcome was good on this project. Receipt of materials for the work was a major obstacle for the contractor, which was not his fault. He was very fair with his bid and honest in his dealings with us. He recommended outstanding people to remedy structural problems, and was willing to address final detailing problems. Some delays were troublesome for us, but we never worried about being cheated and Justin was always courteous and communicative. We have already provided referral information to another party.
