I would highly recommend Randal and All Pro Inspections. Both Rene and Randal were very professional, very quick to respond and did an excellent job (at a great price!) Randal spent more than two hours going through the property and it was obvious that he took his time to put together the report, showing the problems with both text and pictures. At the completion, Randal went out of the way to walk us through the property again and give his opinion on what were the largest problems.

Randal discovered problems with the first house that I believe only the most thorough and caring inspector could. Based on his findings at the first house, we passed on buying it, so he inspected a second house. Our second time with him was just as thorough as the first. Both times, he took longer than anticipated/estimated, and when it comes to deciding on a home, that's a really good thing. He provided us both hard copies and emailed copies of the reports within 48 hours of the inspection. Customer service is obviously a priority, as shown by his VERY PROMPT phone call returns and willingness to go the extra mile. I can't say enough good things about him.

API was great. Randal did a thorough job of inspecting both sides of a duplex and spent almost 5 hours looking at everything. Even though it was a Friday afternoon, he worked until almost 7 PM without rushing through the last side. His report was concise, yet thorough, as was his inspection. We would HIGHLY recommend him.
