Everything was replaced or diagnosed perfectly, at a fair price. I like the flat rate price for the labor part (unless it is a very big job, such as installing a whole new heater or something), and then all you get charged is for parts on top of that. Have always used them, and will keep using them.

I don't use them for weekly maintenance but if anything comes up, like I had to replace my sweeper and things like that, they come out and do that.
I did go to them, because they have an actual store. A piece on my Polaris cracked and I took the piece to them and they replaced it no charge because it was still under warranty. They were great about it, didn't give me a hard time at all.
They are very professional. They seem to be very knowledgeable. I think their prices are comparable to other people's. Their store is nice, they have a lot of various equipment. They have things that you can do repairs yourself. If they don't have it, they will order it. They have pool maintenance equipment so you can maintain your own pool.
