As promised, the repairman showed up and examined the unit in the attic. Less than 5 minutes later, my ac was back on. Apparently, the other company had not put the door to the unit on correctly nor had they resealed it. The door had vibrated away and was no longer making contact with the on button. Josh said that he would look at the rest of the equipment and found and fixed several other problems that the other company had not completed in their and quot;18 point tune-up.and quot; Josh replaced the capacitor which was operating at a 75 instead of the 80 the manufactory recommended. Last summer the capacitor had been at 78 so I decided to have a new one installed before it went out in the heat of the summer.

When the warranty company's vendor (Matthew from Integrity Air) came out to fix the problems, he disagreed with Ron's original assessment of our system and said there was only one small problem which he went ahead and fixed. He stood by his claim so strongly that he offered to come out again with Ron at no charge so they could look at the system together. I took him up on the offer. On the day Ron and Matthew came, Ron explained himself well while Matthew remained quiet. Ron removed the capacitor and tested it. The testing device showed the capacitor to be completely dead. Matthew tried to claim that it was working on the day he was at my house. Matthew then announced that he was removing himself from the case, told me to call another home warranty vendor, and drove away. Ron stayed for another 1 1/2 hours doing some testing and replaced the capacitor, all for FREE. He would not accept money when I offered it to him. If you're looking for the least expensive company, Airon may not be the company for you, as his estimate to repair our issues includes the highest quality American made parts with a bit of a mark up on those
parts. But if you're looking for an honest company that does quality work and goes the extra mile to satisfy its customers and look out for your best interests, then Airon is the best company out there. I will never use anyone else.

We have used Airon for nearly 10 years. When it was time for new A/C units, my first quote was from Airon. Although they were not the lowest price from the five bids, they provided the best overall value. One of the main reasons we have continued using Airon is that on multiple occasions (prior to replacing the three units) when I have been out of town, they have responded to problems at no cost due to annual service agreement (though they didn't have to go beyond summer and winter checks). Ron has often provided recommendations that were not in his best interest from a short term profit perspective, but valued gaining a long term customer. Highly recommend the family, locally owned business.

Air was not cooling, blower motor ended up needing to be replaced. This repair was provided in a prompt and professional manner and at a price that we were very happy with.

We have been using AiRon for the past 5 years, this family run business came highly recommended by the family that we purchased our home from so we ended up using them as well. We have used AiRon for seasonal maintenance of our air and heating systems and they have run smoothly year after year. We have only had to make minor repairs over the years and this is just due to the age of the systems. Ron the owner is the nicest guy and so great to work with as well as all of the other technicians that have serviced our home. Julia who answers the phone will know your name and where you live every time she answers the phone and I am always so impressed by that, she is super friendly and always gets someone out right away. This company is just the BEST to work with! We very highly recommend them!

Everyone at Airon Heating and Air Conditioning Company is honest. They do good follow up. I know that lot of landlords and others like that. They are busy but they are responsive as well. If need arose I would certainly consider using them in future.

Everything went as described. They have been helping us with smaller repairs for several years and those experiences led us to trust them for the big Air Conditioning install. They had it in very quickly and worked beautifully through the hot Texas summer.

We use them regularly as we have an annual contract with them to check the air conditioner and the furnace before the summer and the winter. They were servicing the house before we bought it. They knew the systems well and they were recommended by the previous owners. We have been using their services for the past year and a half. We have been happy with them. We would recommend them. They are a small family owned business who care about their work. They do a good job. They have never done a big job for us so we don't know how their price compares with the other service providers. All the service work that they have done for us has been good. We pay them annually for two service calls and we get one service call for free which is how they market it.

It only took about one day for the A/C and furnace swap out, including removing the old unit, and covering the cooling lines coming into the house with a metal casing to protect the lines. They were very clean, picked up after themselves, and had the unit running before they left for the day. They returned to do the ductwork and were able to complete it in one day as well. Ron came back after all the work was done to coach me on replacing filters, programming the thermostat, and answered all my questions.

They are excellent. I would hire them again. Very reasonable price.
