We are a professional home energy rating company providing audits and ratings for homeowners, realtors, prospective homebuyers, multi-family units and builders. We can diagnose and zero in on exactly where you are using and/or losing energy. Most of our customers experience a REAL 15-20% savings on their utility bills by following our advice. We participate in the utility company programs which have incentives to offset the cost of the audit and energy upgrades. I scheduled an appointment with Larry and he arrived on time to complete the energy audit of my house and clearly explained the findings to me. He and his staff were professional, knowledgeable and informative. Also very pet-friendly. For the knowledge I gained about energy efficiency and the small things that can be done to make a difference, the price of the audit was well worth it. Larry also left me a packet with additional information and a checklist of energy saving changes/recommendations for the house.
