The sales presentation was thorough and professional. Their products were thoroughly explained and all the questions answered satisfactorily. The job was started and finished on time. Cleanup surpassed all expectations. They were very concerned about doing a professional job - no messes. Our heating and cooling bills have been greatly reduced. Fading due to UV is nonexistent now. A pleasant surprise is the amount of outside noise that we no longer hear. The windows were well manufactured and the curb appeal of our home has been greatly increased. (We had trouble choosing a color for the windows and Tony took the samples out to match to the brick.) We have been more than satisfied with our windows. Terrific company!

They gave us a special deal to get other people to sign up. The windows are wonderful but the installation and the manufacturing of the windows left an awful lot to be desired. They came and measured and they had windows made for our house and some of them didn’t fit, and this happened over and over again. What should have lasted a couple of days has lasted three months. It was a good price but they didn’t say that it would take three months for that price and we would be completely put off by the time. We can’t recommend them unfortunately, but the product itself is a good product. The people installing them were great, it was the people making them and selling them.

The initial visit was great. Everything was explained. Family owned was important to me. Everything was very efficient and went smoothly. The installation went quickly.

In 1997 we bought an older home in Dallas Texas built in the mid-1960’s. After an extensive remodeling effort to re-do the entire home, the only remaining item to upgrade were the windows. An exhaustive search over the next eleven years for acceptable windows is what led us to ultimately choose ACRI to replace all of our windows, especially two large bow, single-pane windows which were very popular with builders in 1966. Those two were the reason it took so long for us to select replacements – we loved the look of the bow windows but all of the insulated double pane replacements we researched lost the charm and appearance that we treasured. ACRI not only met the challenge to keep that look, but surpassed the original windows aluminum appearance by matching the color of the replacement windows to our house trim. We have experienced a 14.22% decrease in electricity consumption, measured inn KWHs over 58 months before the installation and then compared to 72 months following. Our home is now draft-free, and the condensation that once occurred during a rapid temperature change no longer collects on sills. We are very happy with the results, and would do it all over again. We highly recommend ACRI for your energy needs.
