+ -1 moreI called ahead and the person at the store told me to pay for the truck on line as a gift card to assure the rental. When we brought in the reciept the man at the counter said we couldn't use it. He said we had to use it on the next visit. So that meant I had to pay twice as much. I talked to the manager and no one would help me. I gave away the gift card because I will never use UHaul again. In this case - Buyer Beware!!!
Description of Work: None. I wanted to rent a truck to move from a storage unit out of town to one in town.
