Time to Shine Cleaning

The first cleaning was good, she upped the price though. I understood as my house needed a good cleaning. She did a good enough job the first time. The second time, a week later, my house needed much less work. I was still charged the same but she skimped on cleaning. I could tell the toilet did not get cleaned and she left trash. I did not complain, not worth it. But I will be going with a different company in the future.

I hired this company to do a move-out clean for a house I was under contract to sell. For the walk-throughs, I did a clean myself and the job I did was better than the one I paid for. I had already moved to my new address 2 hours away and went to finish moving the garage and walked through the house and it was barely cleaned. Definitely not an acceptable job for the amount of money I paid. I took pictures of all the issues I had and sent them to the cleaner. After a little bit of back and forth and being told they did what they were paid to do, she agreed to go back to the house to clean what was missed. There was no follow up pictures to what I had sent and no further communication than letting me know they had arrived at my house which unfortunately I cannot verify since my camera was down and the buyers were walking through for the last time before closing the same day so I could not check the rework.

They like to smoke, so expect them to take several smoke breaks, which you will pay for. They did not move or clean under furniture. You would not have known they cleaned our home, and we paid nearly $800 dollars. We have decided to clean ourselves. Spent our entire budget to get our house deep cleaned to get ready to sell. NEVER use this company, unless you have a tree that has dollar bills on it.

This cleaning was service was great, and communication throughout the entire process was very good. I would recommend them to other people who are needing cleaners.

Hired service for move out cleaning. Was not able to check the whole house after cleaning was done because carpets were getting cleaned. Paid them and tipped them. Husband went back in house to final check before leaving and found grime and dirt on one section of laundry room floor that had been between the washer and dryer. Not one of maids said a word about it. Husband had to get on hands and knee after having knee replacement surgery to scrub it off.

She is really good with feedback and is very eager to make sure she is doing things up to the client's level of satisfaction.
