Tiledaddy

This was not a good experience. The job was delayed and the workers did not show up on time. I was calling on daily basis to see when they were going to show up. When they were finished, the grout kept coming up. They came out several times to try to fix it but it was a defective product if you ask me. I finaly just gave up. They also left a big mess where they cut the tile. I could never get all the grime off of my front entry way. The owner did not order enough tile to finish the fire place. We had to wait 3-4 weeks before it showed up. He also wanted to be paid the 2nd draw before the job was completed.

It went okay. They started off doing just fine and then they lost esteem towards the end of the project. There were also some billing errors.

We had purchased the tile from a big box DIY store.  We had gotten estimates from other tile installers and the prices were ridiculous.  One company would not use our tile and another wanted over $800.00 just to remove the old flooring (something TileDaddy did in about 4 hours).  We contacted Stephen at TileDaddy and he came to the house and measured to be sure we had enough tile.  His estimate was more than reasonable.  We visited his store in Pflugerville and was impressed with his operation.  He explained everything that would take place and is very knowledgable about his trade. During the process, his installers even helped remove some furniture, moved the fridge and toilet in the powder room.  Very pleased with the work.
