Amy is amazing! I had an employee want to buy a home and i called her to pass the referral. She called him right away and met him later the same day.. The looked at a house the very next day. Tanya contacted our landlord and came up with an exit strategy that benefited both my family and our landlord. Tanya helped us locate a beautiful home that was still under construction. I had a number in mind that I was willing to pay that was well below what the builder was asking for the home. Many realtors would have shuddered and the number I proposed, but Tanya didn't flinch. She stood her ground and ended up getting her our dream home at the number I was planning to pay (which I had not even shared with Tanya). She was as genuinely excited about our new place as we were. Hands-down, Tanya is the best agent in the area. We bought and sold with several other realtors, but Tanya is just different. She has a special way of asking the right questions to find the perfect home for her clients. When we found our dream home, it was priced higher than we were wanting to pay, and Tanya worked us a STEAL of a deal. Then, as we were waiting for our new home to finish construction, the brick layers messed up on the fancy brickwork pattern, and Tanya jumped in to get the problem corrected. Within a couple of days, the brick was torn down and redone. Today, we couldn't be happier with our home. It is EXACTLY what we were hoping to find. Tanya is savvy, witty, and well-informed. I felt like I had an advocate on my side from the first day we contacted her until after our closing. She found us the right home at an unbeatable price! I couldn't be more pleased that we found Tanya. We recommend her to all our friends and family because she is someone that we know we can trust.

Great experience very professional

When we decided to sell, I was on the fence about hiring a Realtor, but that didn't stop Amy Girouard from offering her help. And she never pressured me into hiring her or any other Realtor. Ultimately, we asked her to sell our home and she stayed on me to keep on schedule to make sure we listed at just the right time. She also helped refer services for house cleaning and floor cleaning! The photos she had taken were amazing! Once we listed, we got our first call to show within 15 minutes and ended up getting an offer a few hours later!!! We had a few small hiccups during the sale, but Amy helped us manage through them and overall the experience was almost too good to be true, except it wasn't! It was awesome!

Rebecca Vita is simply an amazing realtor. Always upbeat with a smile she works hard behind the scenes and makes the seemingly impossible turn into a reality. I've bought/sold now 15 homes in my long military and civilian career. By far, Rebecca is the best realtor I've ever worked with. She helped us with our new home in too many ways to mention here, but we will always be so grateful for the support and 'above and beyond' efforts she put into making everything work out smoothly. Amy helped us tremendously with an out of state move - we bought our home sight unseen, a daunting process. Amy was there every step of the way helping us with contacts, stopping by the house and taking pictures for us (again - sight unseen). She was extremely responsive, friendly and helpful. We recently worked with Tanya Kerr to sell our first home and buy our dream house! She was great to work with, didn't get annoyed that we didn't like a lot of the houses we looked at and continued to send us more options! Once we found the house that was the one, she made sure the process was smooth and kept her head even though we were stressing about some of the stresses you deal with during a buy and sell situation. They were extremely helpful.  I needed to find a house in four days and I found property.  I was doing everything long-distance so she did a lot of preliminary work and mapped out a full schedule for us once we got down to Texas.  We had talked about what we wanted and what was our price range so we were able to get straight to business.
