I initially called this company to hang the Christmas lights on the roof line of our house. He made an appointment with me to come out and give me an estimate. He showed up for this. l however, when the appointment was made to install the lights, he didn't show up and didn't call to cancel. Eventually, he did come out and installed the lights. ($350) We paid him the full amount upon completion of the job. It was necessary to call him back to fix some of the cords that were hanging from the arch visible from the street. The price included take down of the lights after Christmas. We have called around 6 or 7 times trying to get him to come back and take down the lights but no response. We will now need to hire someone else even though we paid him to do this and the price included take down. I do not recommend this service. He unreliable, doesn't keep appointments, and doesn't respond to voice mail. Buyer beware!
