Description of Work: contacted them on 8-31-10 and told them that I had potential mold in my duct work. I was told that the service inspector would call to schedule an appointment. Bill called me and setup an appointment. He came to the house and said he could smell mold and would have to have another team and inspector come out. He told me that they would call and setup a time. He also gave me his business card. On 9-13, I called Bill and left a message. Did not call me back. On 9-13 I also sent an email to the address on his card. Heard nothing back. On 9-15, I called the office and they apologized and told me that the email address was wrong on Bill's card and even if it was correct, he never looked at it. (What great customer service). They told me Bill would call me back by the end of the week. He never called back and have not hear from him or Serve Pro

Description of Work: They came and cleaned out my home using an ozone treatment.

Description of Work: Water had slowly leaked over our house foundation and by the time we realized it, the baseboards and drywall were ruined and behind them was covered in mildew. They came in and tore out any damage and then using chemicals and dehumidifiers over a few days dried out the studs and protected the surfaces from any future mildew damage.
