If they are in the customer service business it is not very obvious from the way they handled my request. It is Saturday September 25 and still have not heard from them.

They came out and gave a quote and then came back and did a great job. They got all of the smoke smell out of the house. Their prices were very competetive and the quality of their work was very high. I would highly recommend them.

While you will have to get a general contractor to get everything back together again, they removed water damaged parts of the wall while being careful not to remove more than necessary. They quoted a price up front after seeing the damage and did everything as promised. The job turned out being a little more than they initially thought, but they didn't change their price and worked until 7 p.m. to get the demolition done the same day. They were quick and on time for the initial visit and to pick up the dehumidifiers a few days later.
