SEAR'S HOME IMPROVEMENT PRODUCTS INC.

The process was very trying, even though the Sears Escalation Team was apparently interested and concerned. I was told on occasion that the information was being directed to the district manager, who never called. I feel very badly for Sears in trying to find qualified installers for their excellent products. It is my understanding that they are concerned as well for the level of service that they provide in their installations, but due to the present level of poor quality installers and the arrogant and abusive attitude that I received from Trader City Installers, the company contracted by Sears for the Installation, I can't in good conscience, give Sears any higher than an F rating.

The service man that came out was very good and kind. However, this is my last appliance that I will ever purchase from Sears. It took them a month to come out and fix my microwave. When the service man figured out what was wrong he said an electrician would need to come out and fix it - I'm going to hire one on my own! I don't want anything to do with Sears again!

THE SEAR'S PRE-SALES ASSOCIATE WAS NOT THE FRIENDLIEST PERSON WE HAVE EVER WORKED WITH. WE HOWEVER WERE IN DESPERATE NEED OF REPLACEMENT WINDOWS AND SEAR'S DID HAVE THE BEST PRICE OF THE COMPANY'S WE SPOKE WITH. THE SEAR'S WINDOW INSTALLER DID AN EXCELLENT JOB.
