Vendor did not float or use spacers for floor tile resulting in a lot of lippage and uneven grout lines. Backsplash lines were uneven and he never returned to finish grouting. He did not wipe off the floor grout, so had another vendor come in and use muriatic acid to clean. He was paid in full before the work was complete, my bad. He never came back to make corrections even though his contract said he provided a 1 year guarantee.

Nye and Evan did the initial tile work so I called them for the repairs. Called Nye on Friday, he came out Saturday morning for an estimate, started on Monday and finished on Thursday (had to wait a day to put on the sealer). They accurately diagnosed the problem and came up with the best solution and commenced to do it. As an added bonus, Nye told me how to have the glass reinstalled so that the previous problems would not reappear. Upon completion, you can't tell that the shower was repaired. If I have any tile/stone needs, Saxon Tile will be my first call.
