We called Ed with RTS Roofing after a close friend recommened him.  Ed worked with our insurance company which was a big help.
His estimate of schedule and completion time was accurate.  Ed and his crew were very protective and careful of our plants and yard.  Ed's response to our calls and questions was timely and informative.  We have been very happy with the quality of work and recommend RTS Roofing.

First appointment to install was delayed to the next day (think he got held up on another job), but once he started everything went great.

Responded within 24 hours and repaired the leak. I have to wait until it rains to see how well the job was done.
I need the house re-roofed, their follow-up to get a quote is very slow.

Tenants in my rental property called and said a large section of ceiling in a bedroom fell down and the roof was leaking.  After contacting my insurance company, I started researching roofers in the area.  I prefer to use reputable contractors who are local, and found a few of them.  I called Ed at RTS Roofing and we scheduled a time to meet at the property.  He was on time and I discussed the issue with him.  He went up on the roof to assess the damage and we talked a little afterward about the damage and he filled me in on what to expect with the insurance company, which I appreciated.  He communicated professionally with a little bit of Texas humor.  He said he'd run the numbers and get back to me with a quote on the specific damage (i.e., just the back side of the house where the roof was leaking).  He also mentioned that there were places on the roof which not correctly installed by the roofer as well as damage due to hail/other, but should be fine for a few several more years.
A day or two later, I received the quote and thought it was reasonable.  I called the insurance adjuster and he said the company was backed-up with claims due to wide-spread damage due to all the rain, and it could be a few weeks before I get any info.  He said there may be a possibility the insurance company would replace the entire roof, but it would be up to them ultimately.  So, I called Ed and filled him in on the info and asked if he could come over and put something up temporarily in the mean time in case it rains again before we get anything back from the insurance company.  He came out the next day and patched the roof temporarily.  I asked him to just bill me for his work, and he said not to worry about it.  Nice!
Well, long-story short, the insurance company decided to replace the entire roof.  Ed and his crew handled the job and finished in a few days.  He took the time to go over EVERYTHING along the process and was spot-on with what I should expect from the insurance company.  Our HOA is very specific about exterior colors on the houses, and Ed already knew all about it having done several jobs in the area already.  So, he knew the type and color of shingles to use, but still took the time to go over it with me.  The job was completed quickly and professionally.  I'm happy.  My wife is happy.  The tenants are happy.
Although I hope I never have any damage to my roof, if I do, I will not hesitate to pick up the phone and call Ed again!

He worked with my insurance company so i didn't have to pay much for my deductibe. Better price than any other roofers. Everything went smooth.

First time experience with roof replacement and it was SUPER Smooth! Ed brought out samples of shingles and explained the differences. Roofing team was there when he said they would be. They worked quickly and finished the majority of the work in one day. Came back the following day just to do some detail work and finish the cleanup as it got dark the previous day before they could finish everything. Ed was available by phone and in person. He even came back and replaced some shingles that the neighbor's tree trimmers damaged No Charge! The price was way under what I was quoted by other roofers. This was important because we had to pay totally out of pocket for all the work.  Ed also recommended gutter people that were super!
