RBC PLUMBING

I couldn't be more pleased -- RBC has thus far provided us with the best services we have had to date in our new home.

When we bought a new house in the Walnut Creek / Eubank Acres area, our septic inspection revealed severe inadequacies in our leach field which appeared to be collapsed.  The field was installed in the 1950's, and repairing it was not an option, so our realtor called RBC for an estimate.

Gary came right out and looked at the job and put together a proposal for all the work we felt was needed, including multiple options depending on how we might pursue addressing our issues.  I admittedly had sticker shock to realize what we were up against, but after shopping his price around, we realized he was offering us a *very* good deal.  Furthermore, everyone in the neighborhood I contacted who had worked with RBC gave them glowing reviews.

RBC is a small company, and they are somewhat casual and old-fashioned in their business dealings.  Gary and his crew began work with little more than a handshake between us.  Gary was on the job at all times overseeing the work.  (I gave a "B" on punctuality only because they had to back-burner our work briefly to address an emergency job elsewhere.)

Once they started the job, they were something to behold.  Our septic connection was 8 feet below grade, yet they cut cleanly and neatly to access the connection limiting any damage.  The work was done very professionally including a few extras I hadn't anticipated, and where Gary discovered some work was not necessary, he gave us a significant break on his initial bid.  He repaired damage done to our irrigation (upgrading those portions he repaired) and properly patched our driveway with rebar and high-grade concrete after providing us with a new supply line.  They also re-sodded the area where they had cut trenches.

Having seen the work involved, I know that I got a very good value for excellent work.

I would highly recommend this company for the quality and value of their work.

The quality of their work was good. We will use them again.

The experience went all right because I think it was a little bit more expensive when put in comparison for the work that was done. Otherwise, they were good to work with and I would recommend them.
