My in-laws AC went down so I called these guys and they came out and were great and said the motor was bad and set up a new one and replaced it. This unit supplied 2 areas or 2 zones. Well this "fix" worked a bit but was weird as it would blow sometimes etc so we called them back out. He said that he did not now it was a zone system and mis-wired it, but it is very visible that it was and he said he rewired it. So we hoped it would work and he checked it and said all is good and left. Well is worked for a day or so but once again was nothing like cooled before. So we called him back and he said the motor burned out again. He said it was water splashing on it. But there was no water as we were trying to use the heater as it was really cold. My in laws and us had to buy portable heaters to keep warm. So my in-laws called him back and said it stopped. He checked it out and said the motor burned out/stopped again. He said he has to get another motor but they are out and will have them in

Our team was initially called out to replace a motor that had already been diagnosed by another company, and we honored your request to complete that work at a more competitive price. After the replacement, when issues persisted, we returned and replaced the motor again at no additional charge to stand behind our work. Throughout the process, we made every effort to communicate clearly, including advising that there were additional concerns with the system beyond the motor itself. We also encouraged you to follow up with the original installer, as it was a newer system and may have still been under their installation warranty. After our involvement, we understand you chose to have multiple other companies service the system. You also expressed that you intended to hire another company moving forward, which is why we did not pursue further follow-up out of respect for your decision. As a policy, we do not release vendor or warehouse contact information directly to customers; all warranty and supply chain inquiries are handled through our company to maintain clear accountability and ensure proper handling. While we regret that the situation wasn?t resolved to your satisfaction, we remain committed to transparency and doing what?s right for every customer. I had a new HVAC system installed through another company in April. Unfortunately, the install was complete trash. I had to call the original installers multiple times to fix constantly arising issues. Then the AC stopped working. I was done. I called PT. They answered and took the time to let me vent and were completely understanding. They sent Pete out that evening. He was professional, very knowledgeable and actually took the time to talk me through, in layman's terms, my systems underlying issues and how he would fix them. Pete did an outstanding job. Thank you Pete. Absolutely an awesome find. I will always use them as long as they maintain the same high standards, impeccable workmanship, honesty,and fair pricing. Thank you PT for my cool house.

My air conditioning quit working on a Friday evening. I put in a request to Home Advisor and Pete called me right away and was here within an hour. Charge for an after hours/weekend visit was $100. He diagnosed that the variable speed motor was shot. He had a regular speed motor on his truck but wasn't sure if switching from a variable speed to regular speed would cause a problem for the warranty. We agreed that he would try to find a variable speed motor on Monday. He showed up at 9 a.m. on Monday with the variable speed motor and installed it. He was very professional and courteous. My only negative comment is that when he came on Monday he said that the variable speed install would likely be $475 but when he was finished, he charged me $525 - which seemed like a big difference. However he was the only company that responded that Friday night and returned with the part promptly on Monday and I really appreciated that!

Our AC went out at 9:20 on a Saturday night. Pete called first thing Sunday morning and we were up and running again by 9:15. He was very professional, nice, and did great quality. We are going to hire PT Maintenance for bi-annual maintenance on our AC. We can t recommend PT highly enough!

Requested appointment mid day and got same day appointment. Technician arrived & diagnosed several problems. He walked me through each step of what he was doing & what the AC unit should be doing. I contacted PT Maintenance & Mechanical to do a service check on my 5+ years old AC unit. Wanted to get it checked out before the Central Texas Summer was here. I left them a phone message on Sunday, they called me the next morning and came to do the work the next morning. The service person (think he was the owner) was very knowledgeable and extremely polite. He did a through job of checking the unit. Found one small item that needed a little work. Took care of it and didn't even charge me. They will be on my "go to" list anytime I want something done to my HVAC system in the future. Would highly recommend them.
