"We?re sorry to hear you were dissatisfied with your experience. Our team was initially called out to replace a motor that had already been diagnosed by another company, and we honored your request to complete that work at a more competitive price. After the replacement, when issues persisted, we returned and replaced the motor again at no additional charge to stand behind our work. Throughout the process, we made every effort to communicate clearly, including advising that there were additional concerns with the system beyond the motor itself. We also encouraged you to follow up with the original installer, as it was a newer system and may have still been under their installation warranty. After our involvement, we understand you chose to have multiple other companies service the system. You also expressed that you intended to hire another company moving forward, which is why we did not pursue further follow-up out of respect for your decision. As a policy, we do not release vendor or warehouse contact information directly to customers; all warranty and supply chain inquiries are handled through our company to maintain clear accountability and ensure proper handling. While we regret that the situation wasn?t resolved to your satisfaction, we remain committed to transparency and doing what?s right for every customer.
