Would not hire again. They pretty much sub everything out except simple carpentry and paint. It is fine that they sub everything out but, in the end I think it made the entire remodel process much more difficult. I would say their process is the opposite of "turn-key". When it came time to shop for shower fixtures they offered no help, direction, or contractor pricing. This was our first major remodel project, so it took us a while to learn about shower fixtures and figure out what we wanted. This learning curve caused a several month delay in the project which was very frustrating because when I hired them I was expecting a contractor that knew a lot about remodeling for guidance and expertise. To make matters worse, in some cases, they did mark up what the subs charge, so you could end up paying a premium for services and parts. In one instance I learned Brian quoted me more than retail price for shower glass. I ended up having to hire someone myself to install the shower glass and counter tops. Workers were very sloppy. One of their guys used my toilet as step ladder to adjust a light fixture and broke the seat. They threw away brackets for my blinds during demolition so I had to buy new blinds when they were done. They used the wrong paint color in my closet. They were not very tidy. I had to call them in the end to come and haul away all of their trash. A lot of their subs were just as sloppy. Their electrician, Grahm, broke my entry door to the attic by closing it too hard. He also forgot to install a switch plate. Their plumber, CJ Solis, didn't hook up my sink drain levers correctly, the sink p-trap he installed leaked, and his original installation of my shower mixing valve didn't dispense any hot water. I did have several warranty problems. I had leaking sink drain and cracked tile grout in shower one day after install. The tile guy, Alex, had to completely regrout the floor because he used expired grout from ProSource which was the consistency of saw dust when it cured. In most cases I had to call the subs or suppliers directly myself to get things done. I never did see either Brian or Ed in person unless they were picking up a check.
Description of Work: Remodel master bathroom. New flooring, cabinets, counter top, sinks, paint, recessed lights, vanity lights, exhaust fans, entry door/jamb, and shower fixtures. They also replaced a garden tub with large shower and relocated a light switch.
