Ceramic Tile Service
Jerry and his son did an awesome job for us. He was one of the subcontractors for our kitchen remodel. They were very nice and very professional. More importantly my tile looks awesome! We will definitely be using him again in the near future for other projects.

DONT USE THIS COMPANY....They don't take pride in their work and they don't care about making things right.

Ceramic Tile Service
Even though there were usually 2 to 3 workers here at a time, only one worked, the tiler. One worker actually slept on our couch!
The job was to be done in 3 to 4 days, it took 7 seven days. The earliest Jerry and his workers arrived was 9:30 a.m. They usually left about 5:30 p.m. Jerry was only here an hour or two each day - to drop off and pick up the workers. Jerry did not introduce his workers to us and several different men were dropped off by Jerry without informing us of the change in crew.
When the toliets were put back on, new four inch screws were used and were not cut off, so the screw covers can't be used, and there are 4 inch screws sticking up from the bottom of the toliets.
Personal trash and clothes were left wherever they were dropped that day.
Jerry and his workers didn't clean as they went. They 'cleaned' for two hours at the end of the job; however the grit was not only left on the floors, but was everywhere else, including the walls and furniture, and the grout was spashed on the walls and small bunches were left everywhere, including door knobs. The 'grout' water was was poured in the toliets and the toliets were not cleaned until I complained.
The quarter round was not replaced as agreed.
They used and broke our shovel and household broom. They also used our vaccuum.
The job wasn't planned well before hand. For example, the refrigerator was left in the middle of the kitchen for three days, because the kitchen was tiled one day except for the refrigerator space, which was tiled the next day, but was not grouted that day, grouted the following day and then the refrigerator was moved back. (We lived in the house while the work was done.)
When the washer was replaced, the cold and hot water lines were switched (cold to the hot and the hot to the cold). (This wasn't discovered until they were gone.) A simple check would have caught the switch.
We had to point out places where grouting wasn't done, the tile was chipped, etc.
When the interior doors were put back up, they were not checked for balance; several would not close. Again, a simple check would have caught the problem. (My husband tweaked the hinges which fixed all of the doors, but one.
We had to pay extra to have threshholds put in where the carpet and tiles meet (the carpet was cut and left strings and all, including carpet nail strip. Jerry 's answer was that he only did tile.) The two threshholds where they didn't put down wood threshholds is coming loose.
Jerry's man who did the majority of the tiling did a very good job. It looks very good.
